About the role
- Expert in corporate restructuring overseeing challenging projects in commercial client segment. Analyzing business models and developing sustainable strategies for corporate stabilization and value preservation.
Responsibilities
- Independent responsibility for managing workout and restructuring engagements in the commercial corporate client segment
- Analysis of restructuring reports, financial statements and debt service capacity
- Development and implementation of viable restructuring strategies and workout plans
- Close collaboration with corporate relationship managers, operations/credit monitoring and the executive board
- Support in credit decisions and negotiations with clients, advisors and legal representatives
- Monitoring of early warning indicators and risk positions for active management of the corporate loan portfolio
Requirements
- A banking qualification or a degree in economics/business administration, supplemented by solid experience in workout, restructuring or credit risk management
- Confident handling of financial statement analysis, risk assessment and credit decision processes
- Knowledge of insolvency law, credit law and corporate restructuring
- Strong communication skills, negotiation confidence and assertiveness — also in difficult conversations
- Independent, structured working style and enthusiasm for analytical challenges
