About the role
- Content Creator/Producer leading the Taiwan team to produce international popular short series. Overseeing production and quality control while managing workflows and resources.
Responsibilities
- 領導台灣內容團隊進行策略發想,並根據日本市場趨勢定調可量產且具爆款潛力的日本短劇方案
- 主動發掘、洽談並管理外部合作劇組、編劇、後製等資源,編列並執行製作預算,掌控成本與品質
- 高效統籌製作全流程,並落實短劇品質控管
- 監督前置與後製製作流程,特別是剪輯的節奏掌握與畫面,確保成品能極大化觀眾的完播率
- 規劃數據驅動的發行策略,並利用數據(完播率、互動率等)反饋,推動內容的快速迭代與流量持續成長
- 參與規劃節目形式,尋找合作節目團隊共同規劃執行,整合導播、主持人、來賓等資源、制定拍攝計劃與時程
- 制定短劇、節目、活動整合的上線與推廣策略、掌管多線專案的預算配置與成本效益分析,確保製作流程符合預算並高效運行、成本與效益平衡
Requirements
- 具備影視製作、影片企劃經驗 3 年以上
- 熟悉短影音/網路劇趨勢,對觀眾偏好有敏銳嗅覺
- 對影片後期製作(剪輯邏輯、音效設計、色彩校正)有深入理解,具備影視語言概念,能與後期團隊溝通並做出有效的製作決策
- 具備高度的專案推進與抗壓能力,能在高變動性的內容產業中維持高效產出
- 具備跨部門的溝通協調能力,能有效推動決策並解決製作環節中的重大問題
- 熟悉 TikTok、抖音、YouTube Shorts、Instagram Reels 等平台,對短影音生態(包含演算法、變現模式、流量趨勢)有實戰的理解
