Requirements
- Active Florida General Contractor license (required)
- Proven experience managing residential and/or commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of permitting, inspections, and local construction regulations
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly valued
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with entrepreneurial drive
- Familiarity with project management platforms such as HouzzPro, DripJobs, QuickBooks, and Google Workspace
