About the role
- Compliance Specialist conducting audits and supporting compliance efforts at Good360. Ensuring nonprofit partners meet program requirements while maintaining data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly audits of active nonprofit members to ensure adherence to Good360 policies and requirements.
- Document audit findings, prepare reports and escalate issues of concern or potential noncompliance.
- Review and vet member accounts to confirm the accuracy and completeness of information and required documentation.
- Maintain and update partner account records across all platforms, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support continuous process improvement.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in customer service.
- Background in compliance, risk management, or quality assurance preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Highly organized and attentive to details.
- Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with CRM or data systems; Salesforce and/or NetSuite experience preferred.
