Requirements
Completed university degree, e.g., in Business Administration, Social Management, Organizational Development or a comparable field
Experience in one or more of the following areas: Compliance or Governance, Internal Control System / Risk Management, Quality Management, Organizational Development
Experience analyzing and developing structures and standards in more complex organizations
A strong sense for organizational contexts, processes and dynamics
Strong communication and facilitation skills, and a high degree of empathy and assertiveness
