Responsibilities
Execute on government regulated products and solutions that support the company’s overall strategy and goals
Maintain ongoing knowledge of the regulatory environment, organization’s licensing, and customers’ portfolios to ensure compliance of reports
Oversee all CMS Part C & D required reports for customers and own delivery of quality reporting
Oversee state licensure processes and collaboration with external legal counsel
Coordinate all state required reporting with third party and internal stakeholders
Engage with customers and provide Subject Matter Expertise on reporting
Adapt plans and priorities to address resource, operational, risk, and compliance challenges and opportunities within the functional area
Recommend policy and/or procedure changes to remain in compliance with the ever-changing regulatory environment
Requirements
Strong knowledge of Medicare Part C & D Reporting
Experience with Life Cycle of a Medicare claim (Part C & D)
Experience managing third-party vendor relationships is preferred
