Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive support to the Company Secretariat, ensuring the Group and its subsidiaries meet governance, legal, and compliance obligations.
Manage day-to-day administrative processes including KYC documentation and invoice handling.
Work with the Company Secretariat team, Board members and senior managers, and have exposure to all business areas such as Finance, Tax, Treasury and Legal.
Requirements
Previous experience in a governance, legal or financial administrative role.
An understanding of handling KYC or onboarding documentation.
Competent with Microsoft Office and basic financial/invoicing systems.
Experience using entity management software (e.g. Diligent Entities, GEMS, Blueprint).
An understanding of corporate documentation and company structures.
Familiarity with Companies House and standard UK company compliance requirements.
Working knowledge of KYC/AML obligations.
Previous exposure to group structures.
Interest in a CGI (ICSA) qualification.
