Responsibilities
Assist players with game features and functionality throughout their experience.
Respond to player inquiries promptly and accurately.
Record and track relevant customer data.
Communicate feature requests and effective workarounds to team members.
Relay user needs and solutions to support product development.
Inform players about new features and updates.
Follow up with players to ensure technical issues are resolved.
Collect player feedback and share insights with the Product team.
Engage with players across social platforms (public posts and private messages).
Monitor social media trends that could benefit our brands.
Support the team in creating content for our social channels
Requirements
Currently studying Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
Fluent in English and Portuguese.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused mindset.
Ability to multitask and stay organized.
Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
