About the role
- Remote Clinical Manager overseeing home health services and coordinating patient care quality. Collaborating with agency leaders and educating staff on best practices and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining and fostering high quality of patient care
- Planning, coordination, and evaluation of home health services provided
- Coordination with agency leaders on Oasis, POC, QA
- Educates field clinicians and clinical managers on best practices
- Reviews daily QA workflow to ensure timely processing of MD orders
- Collaborates with key leadership for STAR ratings, HHCAPS and VBP
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a registered nurse in a Home Health Agency
- 3 years of management experience
- Nursing skills as defined as generally accepted standards of practice
- Must read, write and comprehend English
- Current driver’s license in good standing
- Current State professional license as an RN in any/all applicable states
- Current CPR
