- Drive operational improvements and implement best practices across the organization.
- Prepare high-impact presentations, reports, and briefings for internal and external audiences.
- Represent the CEO in meetings and decision-making forums when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in strategy, operations, business development, or M&A, preferably in consulting, real estate, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of matrix organizational structures and global stakeholder management.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
