Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science or Engineering and 3-5 years of experience in the Information Technology area
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 5 or more years of experience in the Information Technology area
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably within the P&C insurance industry
- Proven proficiency in SQL for querying, data analysis, and troubleshooting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
