Responsibilities
Oversee two Consumer Lending Products Business Intelligence teams responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights, forecasts, and member segments that drive growth and optimize performance for auto loan, credit card and personal loan portfolios.
Develop strategic priorities, sets standards for reporting and analytics, and ensures alignment with corporate initiatives and goals.
Provides deep functional expertise and leads solutions for advanced analytical solutions and strategic business decisions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of training, education and experience.
College/university degree and 7+ years work experience; 3+ years of management experience
Strong ability to implement a data-driven culture, encouraging team members and stakeholders to utilize BI insights in decision-making
In-depth knowledge of BI tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL) to guide team methodologies and practices
Strong presentation skills for conveying complex data insights to non-technical audiences and influencing strategic decisions
Skill in establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of BI initiatives and team performance
Strong ability to manage multiple teams, ensuring alignment and cohesion in achieving objectives
Expertise in managing projects from conception to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
Ability to analyze diverse data and identify trends to inform decision-making and strategic planning
Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex ideas and strategies to various audiences
Flexibility to adapt strategies and processes in response to evolving business conditions or challenges
Commitment to fostering team growth through training, feedback, and recognizing achievements.
Master’s Degree in related field or equivalent combination of training, education and experience (desired).
