About the role

Responsibilities
- You will use self-sourced data to analyse specific process performance, contributing to root cause analysis and solution proposals
- You will measure results against existing KPIs and report findings to senior management
- You will be responsible for building, testing, and maintaining automations within existing platforms (Jira, Hubspot, Pipedream)
- You will focus on developing and launching smaller, defined automations that address immediate pain points
- You will collaborate actively with teams such as Underwriting, Product & Engineering, and Sales globally to gather requirements and execute tasks that improve overall efficiency
- You will support the coordination and communication required to align project activities
- You will execute process improvement tasks by assisting senior team members in identifying and prioritising inefficiencies and opportunities in how teams work
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience, ideally at a fast-paced startup or scale-up
- Previous experience with workflow automations (e.g., Jira/Hubspot/Pipedream) is essential
- You're a self-starter who proactively seeks to understand underlying problems and takes initiative to investigate and recommend solutions
- You have a hands-on, analytical approach to problem-solving
- You have proven experience in gathering requirements, interpreting data, and presenting findings clearly
- Hands-on experience with SQL is required
- Previous experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to assist in the delivery of custom solutions and automations
- Knowledge of Python or another scripting languages is a big plus!
