Responsibilities
Developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at enhancing the website, optimizing SEO, and improving content to generate and convert leads
Owns website improvement initiatives to enhance user experience and drive customer engagement
Monitors and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives
Developing and executing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to improve the website's visibility and organic search rankings
Optimizing website content to attract and engage target audiences
Implementing a comprehensive lead generation strategy
Analyzing website and marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts
Generating regular reports and presenting findings to senior leadership
Creating an editorial calendar to plan and organize content creation and distribution
Creating and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing, to generate leads
Setting email marketing and social media strategies to reach and engage target audiences
Conducting market research and audience analysis to identify target segments and their needs
Maintaining and optimizing customer portals to ensure a seamless user experience
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer portal issues and improving user satisfaction
Working with the UX team to identify and resolve technical glitches affecting the website and customer portals
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in (digital) marketing, communications, or related field
5-8 years in digital marketing
Highly skilled in SEO
Lead generation and campaign optimization
Analytic and reporting skills
Demonstrated proficiency with social media platform, campaign strategy and blogging

Strong business acumen to drive digital strategies B2B & B2C
Complex problem-solving critical thinking and analytics
Familiarity w/compliance with WCAG 2.0 AA regulations
