About the role

Responsibilities

- Manage Trimble SUE Data for SUE report.
- Collect photo documentation from foreman and crew for final reporting.

- Upload and submit CCTV videos to customers.
- Track crew dispatch and job details in calendar events.
- Manage tickets and schedule meetings for excavations.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–2 years of experience in construction, utilities, or engineering support roles preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with file sharing platforms (e.g., Google Drive, Microsoft Teams).
- Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings and technical documents.
