Responsibilities
Carry out installation and support activities, including system deployments, routine health checks, log inspections, patching, and upgrades.

Maintain in-house reference systems that mirror customer environments.
Develop and maintain support documentation, contributing to a growing knowledge base that strengthens service delivery and resilience.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, promoting Envitia’s reputation for reliability and excellence.
Keep Account Managers informed on customer sentiment, personnel changes, and potential opportunities identified through support interactions.
Requirements
Experience deploying and hosting applications within corporate Linux and/or Windows environments
Proficiency in scripting languages, particularly PowerShell and Bash
Familiarity with Java-based applications
Hands-on development experience is an advantage
Experience managing application hosting in Cloud or virtualized environments such as Azure, AWS, or VMware
Analytical and troubleshooting skills
Experience supporting applications with integration and connectivity challenges
Capable of working independently to provide effective 1st and 2nd line support
