Responsibilities
Atuar diretamente em projetos de DP e DHO.
Desenvolver, acompanhar e atualizar indicadores de RH (absenteísmo, turnover, headcount, horas extras, admissões, desligamentos, entre outros).
Criar e manter relatórios, gráficos, painéis e dashboards de acompanhamento de KPIs da área.
Realizar análises periódicas dos indicadores, identificando tendências, riscos e oportunidades de melhoria.
Apoiar gestores de RH e líderes com informações estratégicas para suporte na tomada de decisão.
Elaborar apresentações gerenciais e reportes mensais para diretoria.
Garantir a qualidade, consistência e atualização dos dados trabalhados.
Utilização do sistema KMM.
Requirements
Ensino superior completo ou cursando;
Conhecimento intermediário/avançado no pacote Office;
Experiência com Dashboards e power BI;
Facilidade com sistemas;
Perfil analítico, com boa capacidade de organização e comunicação.
