Responsibilities
Desenvolver e acompanhar o cronograma de entregas de mídia de projetos;
Garantir as entregas de projetos comercializados;
Garantir a satisfação total dos clientes B2B (marcas/agências), estimulando a renovação de contratos;
Lidar com adversidades, avaliar e mitigar riscos e sugerir soluções;
Estar em constante contato com executivos comerciais e demais times internos para alinhamentos referentes às entregas;
Realizar reuniões recorrentes para tratativas referentes à condução dos projetos, verificação e acompanhamento das entregas;
Realizar o atendimento e acompanhamento das entregas dos clientes com o uso de ferramentas de gestão de projetos;
Criar materiais de pós-vendas recorrentes dos projetos e conduzir apresentações visando a recompra.
Requirements
Ensino Superior completa ou em andamento em Marketing, Publicidade, Relações Públicas ou áreas equivalentes;
Ter experiência em atendimento ao cliente, gestão de projetos ou pós-vendas para clientes B2B;
Facilidade de relacionamento com diferentes *stakeholders*;
Conhecimento em mídia e gestão de projetos;
Habilidade em organização e relatórios de acompanhamentos de projetos;
Experiência com ferramentas como PowerPoint e Canva.
