Responsibilities
Conduzir reuniões comerciais com leads qualificados, identificando suas dores e apresentando a solução do negócio de forma consultiva e estratégica
Negociar prazos, preços e condições com firmeza e clareza, superando objeções com argumentos sólidos e dados relevantes
Fechar contratos e garantir uma transição fluida com o time de onboarding
Atualizar o CRM com informações completas e acompanhar indicadores como taxa de conversão, ticket médio e tempo de fechamento
Propor e participar de ações comerciais e eventos que movimentem o funil e tragam novas oportunidades
Customizar abordagens e discursos conforme o segmento, perfil e momento do cliente
Compartilhar feedbacks com os times de SDR, marketing e sucesso do cliente para melhoria contínua da jornada de vendas
Acompanhar o desempenho comercial com olhar analítico e foco em resultado
Requirements
Experiência prévia com vendas consultivas (B2B), atuando como closer
Conhecimento em negociação, fechamento e condução de reuniões comerciais
Familiaridade com CRM (ex: Pipedrive, Hubspot, Salesforce)
Visão de funil comercial e experiência com metas individuais
Conhecimento sobre folha de pagamento ou serviços para RH (será um diferencial relevante)
Experiência em empresas de consultoria B2B
