Responsibilities
- Define and drive the AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Translate business challenges into actionable AI use cases, prioritize initiatives by value and feasibility, and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and business teams to validate solutions.
- Establish and track success metrics to measure, optimize, and maximize business impact, while balancing technical complexity, business value, and delivery timelines.
- Develop and execute change management strategies to drive AI adoption and foster an AI-ready culture across the company.
- Engage stakeholders through tailored training, workshops, and communication programs, serving as the primary liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure clear, effective communication.
- Monitor adoption metrics and feedback, address resistance, and iterate on both product features and change initiatives through agile collaboration.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English skills, both verbal and written, is essential.
- 3-5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with AI/ML products or data-driven solutions.
- Skilled at translating technical capabilities into business value, engaging diverse stakeholders, and delivering results through agile prioritization and roadmap management.
- Experience with product management tools and DevOps tools.
- Proven track record in change management, organizational transformation, or technology adoption programs.
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills with experience influencing across leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, capabilities, and limitations—you don't need to code, but you must speak the language is a plus – willingness to learn is the most important.
