- AI 컨택센터를 정의하고 문화를 이끌어 가실 분
- IT 및 이커머스 상담 센터 운영 관리 10년 이상 경험 하신 분
- 클레임 상담 응대 경험이 있으신 분
- 상담 조직 교육 경험이 있으신 분
- 데이터를 기반으로 사고하고 전략적 의사결정이 가능한 분
- 반복되는 일을 참지 않고 무엇이든 개선하는 분
