Assisting with the evaluation and reporting of warranty claims
Acting as the link between us and our manufacturing facility in Sweden
Developing and maintaining long lasting relationships with our customers, dealers and service partners
Requirements
Solid technical background, preferably on heavy machinery
Experience in electrics, hydraulics & general mechanics
Experience in a field service or technical support role for a dealership or manufacturer in the Plant, Agricultural or Automotive industries
