About the role

Responsibilities
- Verify and process accounts payable and receivable;
- Issue invoices and boletos (payment slips), monitoring payments and collections;
- Perform bank reconciliations and review contracts;
- Organize spreadsheets, reports, and documents for financial control;
- Manage inventory, shipping logistics, and receipt of equipment;
- Support communication with clients and consultants regarding financial processes;
- Collect from delinquent accounts via e-mail and WhatsApp in a clear and professional manner;
- Handle general tasks and responsibilities of the department.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Technical diploma in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
- (Preferred) Previous experience in financial or administrative routines;
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks;
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- Experience with spreadsheets and financial systems is desirable;
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Belo Horizonte/MG.
