About the role
- Accreditation Manager providing strategic leadership for AACSB accreditation and data management at Farmer School of Business. Overseeing data collection and supporting academic planning efforts.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for AACSB accreditation
- Oversee all aspects of data collection, analysis, reporting, and compliance related to all Standards
- Act as liaison with AACSB and the Office of the Provost
- Develop and maintain analytics tools and dashboards
- Provide data-driven decision support
- Partner with leadership to align analytics with FSB priorities
- Foster collaborative relationships across all parts of FSB
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in higher education with evidence of data-driven research projects
- Five years of relevant experience in accreditation, institutional research, or academic planning
- Master’s degree in higher education, data analytics, business, or a related field plus two years of relevant experience is considered
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, SQL, or related data analysis tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
