Responsibilities
You are responsible for posting ongoing business transactions up to the trial balance
Your duties include preparing and contributing to monthly and annual financial statements according to IFRS and UGB (Austrian Commercial Code)
You are involved in organising and recording forecasts
In close collaboration with our outsourcing provider, you actively participate in carrying out tasks
You participate in several projects
Additionally, you support the team with organisational and administrative tasks
Requirements
You have completed a commercial education at A-level standard and have successfully passed the Austrian or German accounting qualification (‘Bilanzbuchhalter exam’)
You bring several years of relevant professional experience as an accountant
Very good knowledge of the accounting standards under UGB is among your core competencies; knowledge of IFRS is an advantage
You are confident in using computers, especially MS Office, and ideally have experience with SAP
You possess very good German and English skills
Your working style is structured and organised, supported by your analytical thinking
You enjoy working in a team, and your excellent communication skills distinguish you
