Responsibilities
- Verantwortung für die Kontierung, Kontrolle und Buchung aller laufenden Geschäftsvorfälle ausgewählter Gesellschaften im Unternehmensverbund
- Abdeckung des gesamten Spektrums der Buchhaltung mit allen Hauptbüchern inkl. Abschlussbuchungen wie Abgrenzungen, Rückstellungen, IC-Abstimmungen, Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
- enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung
- Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse für Einzelgesellschaften nach HGB und IFRS
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der Konzernabschlüsse der Unternehmensgruppe
- Eigenverantwortliche Abstimmungen mit anderen Fachabteilungen
- Gewährleistung der Stammdatenpflege und regelmäßiger Kontenabstimmungen
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation als Bilanzbuchhalter (gn)
- betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
- Mindestens erste Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung eines Unternehmens/Steuerberatungskanzlei bzw. einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft
- gute Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften nach HGB
- idealerweise Grundkenntnisse der internationalen Rechnungslegung (IFRS)
- Vertraut im Umgang mit einschlägigen Finanzbuchhaltungssystemen, idealerweise SAP R/3 oder S/4 HANA
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket (insb. Excel)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und mindestens gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
- ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Freude an der Teamarbeit
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und ein sicheres Auftreten, absolute Diskretion, Sorgfalt und Zuverlässigkeit
