Responsibilities
Provide Transportation Insight’s clients with analytical and relationship management
Fill the role of a long-term logistics expert/consultant
Match the client’s needs to Transportation Insight’s products and services
Review and analyze client data weekly for trends, issues, and opportunities
Review open client requests and ensure progress towards closure
Conduct monthly client reviews and engage clients on new services
Create case studies for marketing and retention purposes
Provide training and direction to Logistics Analyst personnel
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
Direct and external industry experience minimum 3-5 years.
Language and Mathematical Skills
Reasoning ability
Detail oriented
Self-starter
Strong work ethic.
Ability to manage relationships with the assigned client’s personnel and be empathetic to the client’s needs while still managing to achieve excellent performance.
Detailed knowledge of transportation
