Responsibilities
Analyze and report on key vendor performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
Ensure alignment with internal goals and client objectives
Develop, manage, and refine forecasting processes
Provide actionable insights to support strategic planning
Drive omni-channel processes across digital and in-store operations
Own claims and defectives as needed
Create dashboards, reports, and presentations that distill complex data into actionable insights
Maintain accurate records of program agreements, pricing, item/order status, and planning updates
Collaborate with internal teams to align timelines and supplier onboarding processes
Manage QMS and Supplier Quote processes (Import) to support Sales and client needs
Requirements
Bachelor's degree Business, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred
2+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, retail operations, or vendor management—Walmart or CPG experience preferred
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to turn insights into clear recommendations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools a plus
Familiarity with Walmart platforms: Retail Link, Item 360, QMS, PLM, Bamboo Rose
Excellent organization and project management skills
