About the role

- End-to-end responsibility for the DILI IT service after go‑live

- Ownership of the service backlog and planning
- Continuous improvement of the IT solution and the service delivery process
Requirements
- University degree (ETH, University of Applied Sciences, etc.) in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
- Knowledge and experience in IT Service Management within a complex business environment, as well as in the analysis, specification and implementation of business requirements
- Solid expertise in individual life insurance
- Strong willingness to take responsibility and enjoyment of working in a team
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
