Responsibilities
Gestionar el mantenimiento e implementación operativa de las cuentas del segmento masivo
Asegurar la correcta puesta en marcha de cuentas nuevas y la continuidad de las existentes
Coordinación con las áreas de Emisión, Cartera, Claims (Siniestros) y demás equipos internos
Garantizar el cumplimiento de los acuerdos de servicio y la satisfacción del cliente.
Requirements
Mínimo 1 años en orientación al servicio.
Experiencia en manejo de operaciones de seguros.
Profesional o estudiante de últimos semestres en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía, Finanzas, Negocios, Seguros o carreras afines.
