- Uphold Execution Standards: Hold release owners accountable for the timeliness, quality, and reliability of all deliverables.
- Weekly Planning & Prioritization: Partner with Release Management Engineering Managers to facilitate weekly planning and prioritization.
- Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the primary Release Management point of contact for QA, Operations, System Testing, and Engineering partners.
- Lead Enablement Project Management: Assist in the planning, tracking, and progress monitoring of enablement projects.
- Translate Strategy into Technical Tactics: Convert high-level product roadmaps into actionable release trains.
- Partner with the PMO: Align release milestones with the broader corporate roadmap.
- Proactive Risk Management: Identify and evaluate technical and execution risks to release cycles.
- Deliver Concise, Data-Driven Reporting: Synthesize technical statuses into clear "Go/No-Go" updates.
- Lead Stakeholder Syncs: Facilitate release readiness reviews and tactical "Go/No-Go" meetings.
Requirements
- BS or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in program management, software development, or software validation, with at least 2 years specifically in program management.
- Experience in the SW development lifecycle and SW release process.
- Familiarity with project management and issue tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheets, Lucid, and others.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
