About the role

  • Technical Program Manager driving execution for complex projects at a privacy-centric cellular service provider with a mission in national security and data privacy.

Responsibilities

  • drive the execution of complex, cross-functional programs and projects that are pivotal to enabling core technologies and functionality critical to our business.
  • designing, implementing, and optimizing processes to streamline workflows, reduce friction, and ensure the seamless integration of technologies across our platforms.
  • take ownership of tracking and stabilizing projects, removing roadblocks, and anticipating both internal and external customer needs.
  • empower our engineers by ensuring they can focus on solving the technical challenges they’re best equipped to handle, while you handle the operational complexity.
  • driving initiatives that integrate technologies to serve our diverse customer base, including Government, Enterprise, and Consumer sectors.

Requirements

  • Program Execution & Leadership: Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and drive them to successful completion with minimal oversight.
  • Process Optimization: Expertise in identifying inefficiencies, optimizing workflows, and implementing scalable processes that improve team productivity and collaboration.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with engineering, product, and other stakeholders, driving alignment and buy-in on key initiatives.
  • Problem-Solving & Risk Management: Strong ability to foresee potential challenges, mitigate risks, and resolve issues swiftly to keep projects on track.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A deep understanding of customer needs, with the ability to ensure product and technology solutions align with both internal goals and customer expectations.
  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with technical concepts and the ability to engage with engineering teams to understand technical challenges, priorities, and dependencies.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a strong ability to adjust priorities and tactics as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management or equivalent field.
  • 3 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
