Responsible for providing comprehensive desktop support.
Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of various hardware and software in a corporate environment.
Ensure a smooth and efficient IT experience for all end users.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a desktop support role or similar environment.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with hardware setup, troubleshooting, and repair, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Proficient in Active Directory, user account management, and mobile device management.
Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems for service management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent are a plus.
