About the role
- Associate Product Manager managing end-to-end product lifecycle processes for software development at Zinnia. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance consumer experience and market share.
Responsibilities
- Drive or contribute into the execution of all product lifecycle processes
- Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships
- Gain a deep understanding of existing systems, customer experience
- Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
- Works with a cross-functional team to ensure fulfillment of product requirements
- Assists in determining product delivery and deployment dates for new product releases
- Acts as a customer liaison on technical issues
- Support Sales team in pre-sales initiatives to help close the sales
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- Bachelor’s or equivalent in technology or related field
- Experience in delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Ability to interpret and define API requirements
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Advanced level communication, interpersonal, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to influence, lead, and work as part of a cross-functional, global team
- Ability to foster teamwork, build collaborative relationships
- Excellent work ethic. Ability to work independently. Analytical thinking skills.
- Must be able to travel on need basis, to meet clients/attending events.
