About the role
- Senior Elementor Designer creating visually appealing, user-friendly websites for ZigZag. Collaborating with strategists, developers, and designers to enhance user experience and design.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on website concepts and designs in Figma, expanding on key templates and creating additional pages for client approval.
- Build out websites in Elementor, using provided designs or crafting layouts directly in Elementor when necessary.
- Help grow our library of connected Figma and Elementor components to ensure efficiency and uniqueness across projects.
- Work with the team to fill in gaps, make suggestions, and deliver creative solutions for any challenges that arise.
Requirements
- Elementor Expertise: You’re experienced and comfortable working in Elementor and know its intricacies inside out.
- Design Skills: A strong understanding of web design principles, responsive layouts, and UX/UI best practices. You think about the user journey and how design impacts conversion.
- Figma Experience: Familiarity with Figma is ideal, but we’ll provide training if you’re new to the platform.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: You take initiative, think creatively, and enjoy solving design and content challenges.
- Excellent English written and verbal English. Often you’ll be receiving client feedback directly and it’s essential you can read and extract the action items applicable to you.
- Basic Web Knowledge: Some familiarity with HTML/CSS is a bonus, but the focus is on design rather than coding.
