About the role
- Creative Designer with multidisciplinary skills for leading global beauty brand, producing content across digital, print, and retail channels.
Responsibilities
- Design across digital, print, retail, and experiential channels
- Develop creative assets for social media, email, POS, packaging, and integrated campaigns
- Translate campaign concepts into cohesive visual executions across platforms
- Concept and design in-store displays, merchandising units, and retail environments
- Create 3D mockups and visualizations using SketchUp or similar tools
- Partner with production and vendor teams to bring retail concepts to life
- Execute above-the-line creative including OOH, editorial, and large-scale visuals
- Develop below-the-line materials such as retail graphics, launch kits, and event collateral
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints
- Prepare accurate, print-ready, and digital-ready files
- Maintain high standards of typography, layout, color, and detail
- Collaborate with print and fabrication vendors to ensure quality output
- Work closely with Creative, Marketing, Product, and Production teams
- Contribute to concept development, mood boards, and creative ideation
- Support the evolution of a bold, trend-forward brand aesthetic
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain organized files and design systems
- Meet deadlines while upholding high creative standards
Requirements
- 8+ years of design experience, ideally within beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating multidisciplinary design (digital, print, and retail/environmental work).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with SketchUp or other 3D visualization tools for retail/display concepts.
- Understanding of print production, fabrication, and retail display development.
- Ability to balance conceptual creativity with production precision.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
