Responsibilities
Software calibration and configuration for transmission systems of construction machinery equipment
System definition, component selection and documentation for software application projects
Preparation and execution of safety- and functional tests on HIL (Hardware in the loop) and SIL (software in the loop) systems
Support and Definition of functional specifications together with clients and/or expert teams
Field Support related to troubleshooting, fine-tuning parameters, testing and validation
Continuous improvement of existing application tool chain, processes, and approaches in interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements
Degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, vehicle technology or familiar
6+ years of professional experience in the environment of technical machines
Good understanding in terms of vehicle powertrain, vehicle electronics, CAN bus systems
Experience with at least one high-level programming language (e.g. Matlab, Python)
Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to communicate complex matters to all stakeholder (e.g. customers).
