Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the technical vision and architectural roadmap for automation platforms aligned with enterprise standards
- Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end automation solutions integrating RPA, AI/ML services, and enterprise systems
- Develop and deploy automation components, including bots, custom libraries, and AI agents using Microsoft technologies
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automation artifacts to ensure efficient and reliable deployments
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend tools for intelligent automation and agentic AI frameworks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years in software development, including 3+ years in RPA and 2+ years in technical leadership roles
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate and Copilot Studio, with strong coding skills in Python or C#
- Proven experience in designing and deploying AI-powered agents and intelligent automation solutions
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts (NLP, LLMs, Computer Vision) and integration with automation platforms
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.
