- Develop, implement, and steer the regional Professional Education strategy in close collaboration with colleagues

- Create and enhance compliant training content and learning formats

Requirements
- 4-year university degrees in natural sciences, medicine, medical technology or industrial engineering/economics
- Extensive professional experience in ophthalmology or medical technology manufacturing
- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Proactive, hands-on mentality
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
- Project management and organizational expertise
- Experience with event management and educational program coordination
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital education tools
