Responsibilities
Sales of premium e-bikes at the highest level and partnership-based support and needs-oriented advice for bicycle retailers in the sales territory: postal codes 30-33; 40-48; 50-52; 58-59
Conducting training sessions at dealer locations
Maintaining existing customer relationships and acquiring new customers
Implementing and developing the sales strategy
Ensuring administrative activities for pre- and post-order processing
Participating in sales meetings, promotions, events and trade fairs
Organizing events within the sales territory
Close collaboration and coordination with the inside sales team
Requirements
Technical or commercial (business) education or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in the bicycle industry, ideally in field sales
Strong interest in the bike market, particularly e-bikes, and a good sense for market trends
Enjoyment of customer contact, a strong affinity for sales topics, and genuine enthusiasm for e-bikes
Good IT/application skills and very good German language skills
High willingness to travel and a valid driving license
