About the role
- Field Service Engineer maintaining medical systems in clinics and operating rooms. Acting as a reliable technical contact in Northern, Western, and Eastern Germany.
Responsibilities
- You independently support clinics, hospitals and medical facilities on-site within the assigned sales and service territory.
- You perform inspections, maintenance and repairs on medical-technical systems in operating rooms and clinical areas.
- You commission technical systems and devices and professionally instruct medical staff in their operation.
- You carry out safety checks and test systems for functionality, operational safety and technical condition.
- You systematically analyze faults, isolate causes and repair defects on-site within the scope of technical possibilities.
Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training, e.g. as an electronics technician, electrician, mechatronics technician, medical technician, electrical engineer, technician in electrical engineering/medical technology or in a comparable discipline
- Experience in technical service, field service or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory
- You present yourself confidently and with a service orientation and communicate professionally with medical staff and technical contacts.
- High willingness to travel within the defined deployment area, including overnight stays from Monday to Thursday
- Driving licence class B (car)
