About the role

• Join Zanders as a Software Engineer to develop GenAI solutions for finance clients. Collaborate on innovative projects in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• We’re searching for talented engineers with hands-on experience in GenAI: if you excel in building RAG pipelines, evaluating and deploying GenAI models, and working with state-of-the-art AI architectures, we want to hear from you.
• You’ll join our GenAI Delivery team, a passionate, talented group working on client engagements that bridge the gap between GenAI and software engineering.
• Support our clients, mostly large banks and corporates, to adopt GenAI and Agentic AI in their finance processes.
• Work on our own cloud-based platform, Zanders Inside, where we provide various applications to our clients in banking and (international) business.

Requirements

• Relevant Education: Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years developing software applications
• Demonstrable experience with building GenAI products and knowledge of the inner workings of LLMs and agents is required
• Experience with developing RESTful applications, task queues and related technologies is a plus
• A basic understanding of DevOps technologies and platforms (Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform/OpenTofu and Helm) is preferred
• Mindset: A collaborative, hands-on problem-solver who’s ready to bring ideas to life.
• Flexibility: Ability to frequently switch projects you’re working on
