About the role
- Software Consultant guiding clients in using warehouse management solutions effectively. Overseeing projects from kickoff to live operation, ensuring software integration in their processes.
Responsibilities
- You support projects from kick-off through successful go-live and ensure our solutions deliver real value in everyday operations.
- You help our customers get the most out of their inventory/merchandise management software.
- You install and configure our software — on-site, remotely, or in the cloud.
- You analyze business processes and translate them into tailored software solutions.
- You conduct online and onsite training sessions to enable customers to use the software effectively.
- You coordinate the necessary steps with all involved partners and stakeholders.
- You provide valuable customer feedback to development and support and actively help shape our software.
Requirements
- Vocational training or a degree in an IT-related field — or equivalent practical experience (career changers with professional experience are expressly welcome!)
- Strong communication skills and a confident, customer-facing manner
- Structured, independent working style and strong organizational skills
- Ideally, knowledge of retail or hospitality processes and initial experience with merchandise management and POS systems
- Good knowledge of Windows systems and networks
- Experience with relational databases; SQL skills are a plus
- Very good German language skills; English skills are welcome
