Responsibilities
The Regional Indirect Category Manager is a procurement-focused role supporting indirect supply chain initiatives primarily across the LAC region with additional partnership across the U.S. and Canada.
This position works closely with stakeholders to build, strengthen, and execute strategies across key indirect categories, helping to drive value, consistency, and operational alignment.
Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, comfort operating in ambiguity, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and functions.
With significant opportunity to help shape and build the program, this individual will play an important role in establishing processes, enhancing supplier partnerships, and supporting the continued evolution of indirect procurement across the region.
Requirements
8+ years’ experience in supply chain roles, ideally within food industry or related field
5+ years’ experience of global / regional strategic category management / procurement
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Strong leadership skills; prepared to challenge status quo and drive change
Excellent communication and partnership skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external partners across the global business
Strong communications (presentation, verbal, writing) and ability to gain buy-in & influence key stakeholders at all levels in a global organization
High level of intellectual curiosity
Data and analysis-driven with strong Excel skills
