Responsibilities
- Strategic, business-oriented role with a special focus on legal marketing, involving consultative and contractual work.
- Act as a Legal Marketing specialist in initiatives that integrate legal expertise, communication strategy and institutional positioning, ensuring alignment between Ypê's legal actions, business objectives and market image.
- Analyze and draft contracts, legal opinions, statements, support materials and other documents in clear, accessible language oriented toward decision-making, supporting internal teams, clients and partners.
- Support Ypê’s institutional representation on relevant legal matters, contributing to corporate reputation management, alignment of legal messaging, crisis prevention and the creation of ethical, consistent legal narratives aligned with the brand.
- Work collaboratively with Marketing, Communications, R&D, Regulatory Affairs and Commercial teams, ensuring consistency between legal strategy, institutional communication and the company’s market positioning.
- Support and communicate sustainability practices, responsible consumption and socio-environmental responsibilities, contributing to the construction of a legal reputation aligned with Ypê’s ESG principles.
Requirements
- Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent).
- General knowledge of Intellectual Property, Consumer Law and Competition Law (antitrust).
- Desirable knowledge of regulatory matters (especially ANVISA - Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency).
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
