Responsibilities
Assist in the management of a litigated motor recoveries caseload from inception to resolution.
Draft legal documents and correspondence.
Liaise with clients, insurers, third parties, and other solicitors.
Conduct legal research and assist with case preparation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case management records.
Support senior fee earners with administrative and procedural tasks.
Requirements
Previous experience handling in your own right or assisting on a litigated Motor Insurance caseload.
The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent attention to detail and to be able to carefully analyse files and data.
The ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Business acumen and an understanding of the clients' needs.
Computer literate including proficient use of Microsoft Office.
An understanding of the wider Motor Recoveries market in terms of trends, strengths, weaknesses and opportunities (Desirable).
Previous experience of working with Visual Files case management system (Desirable).
