Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and analyze employee engagement, pulse and internal NPS surveys, transforming data into actionable insights.
- Monitor engagement metrics, preparing reports and presentations for leadership.
- Support partner areas in creating action plans and in tracking the progress of key indicators.
- Develop, coordinate, and operationalize internal corporate events.
- Actively contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of the EVP (Employee Value Proposition), ensuring alignment between messaging and practice.
- Create content and campaigns to strengthen the employer brand across internal and external channels (LinkedIn, careers site, social media, targeted programs).
- Support HR teams in attraction and retention initiatives aligned with the Employer Branding (EB) strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Communication, Journalism, Advertising, or related fields.
- Postgraduate studies in Communication, Journalism, or related areas are a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of design tools is considered a plus.
- Availability to work in São Paulo or Campinas.
