Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and analyze employee engagement, pulse and internal NPS surveys, transforming data into actionable insights.
Monitor engagement metrics, preparing reports and presentations for leadership.
Support partner areas in creating action plans and in tracking the progress of key indicators.
Develop, coordinate, and operationalize internal corporate events.
Actively contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of the EVP (Employee Value Proposition), ensuring alignment between messaging and practice.
Create content and campaigns to strengthen the employer brand across internal and external channels (LinkedIn, careers site, social media, targeted programs).
Support HR teams in attraction and retention initiatives aligned with the Employer Branding (EB) strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Communication, Journalism, Advertising, or related fields.
Postgraduate studies in Communication, Journalism, or related areas are a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of design tools is considered a plus.
Availability to work in São Paulo or Campinas.
