Responsibilities
Plan, structure, and lead projects related to the faculty journey and teaching experience.
Manage strategic projects for the area, ensuring planning, schedule tracking, deliverables, and alignment with stakeholders.
Develop and implement initiatives focused on faculty experience and engagement.
Design and oversee employer branding projects aimed at teaching staff.
Plan and support the execution of internal marketing (endomarketing) activities targeted at faculty.
Lead projects related to performance evaluation of faculty and course coordinators, supporting the structuring of processes, indicators, and result monitoring.
Support the creation and implementation of professional development programs for faculty and academic leadership.
Design and monitor initiatives for recognition and appreciation of the teaching staff.
Track project indicators and outcomes under your responsibility, proposing continuous improvements.
Prepare executive reports and presentations to monitor projects and results.
Work collaboratively with academic and corporate areas to ensure execution and sustainability of initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed
Proficiency in the PDCA cycle and agile and/or hybrid methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK, etc.)
Intermediate level Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in project management (PMO)
Experience in culture, employee experience, or organizational development projects
Experience building indicators and monitoring projects
Experience with internal communications or engagement initiatives will be considered a differential
Experience with projects focused on faculty or working in higher education institutions will be considered a plus
