Responsibilities
- Management of digital ticketing events
- Focus on optimizing acquirer and bank costs
- Handling chargeback (CBK) cases
- Disputes with acquirers and card networks/brands
- Liaison between the acquirer and Bilheteria Digital on CBK-related and operational matters
- Handle daily chargeback-related requests
- Maintain established controls
- Propose process improvements in coordination with the acquirer
- Perform basic analyses of routine activities
- Contribute positively to the organizational climate

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience and proficiency with chargeback dispute systems, preferably from the acquirer side
