Responsibilities
Maintain accurate employee training records within the Learning Management System (LMS)
Schedule employees for training and issue course invitations
Update training calendars in collaboration with trainers, supervisors and coordinators
Track attendance and escalate non‑attendance to the Training Coordinator
Use SAP to complete training administration tasks, including raising purchase orders and processing payments
Support training compliance audits and maintain documentation to audit-ready standards
Consolidate participant feedback to support training reviews and provider evaluations
Provide timely assistance to employees, contractors and external providers with training queries
Support training providers with room setup and preparation tasks
Provide guidance on contractor training requirements
Requirements
Certificate III in Business Administration - desired, but not essential.
Minimum five years relevant experience in a business administration or training-related role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LMS systems.
Fluent verbal and written English is essential.
Australian/New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency. Temporary work visa holders are not eligible for this role.
